At Bizgift, we take pride in the quality of our corporate and promotional gifts. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues, please read our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Personalized/customized products (with names, logos, engravings, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share instructions for return shipping.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
